Brian did a really super Kitchen conversion at my house in Pueblo Lopez in Fuengirola in December 2011. The units are in Cream Satin, the worktop in Cream Granite and the floor tiles on the ground floor area are Cream Porcelain. The conversion was reasonably priced. The finish was superb and has given my house a completely new look. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brian for any proposed building.

Brian fitted out three rooms for us. Two one bedroom and one studio. We were extremely impressed with the work on all three rooms. I am quite a fussy person when it comes to decoration, and I could find no fault with any of the workmanship. Brian can come to London to do work on my house any time. He is better than most builders I have ever had. Also his prices are very reasonable and all work done to date. I would give him a reference any time.

Thanks for your email regarding our stay at the Pyr 901 in May.

The apartment was very good in most respects - the bathroom particularly. It was clean and comfortable and in a good position regarding shops and restaurants. The pool area was very good with plenty of sunbeds and space.
Everything went well with collecting the keys from Brian and he was very helpful when we had problems with the washing machine. Clearer instructions on the use of the machine would help.

Our only complaint was something that you can't really do anything about - the late night noise from the surrounding bars which went on until 4 am most nights and on our last night until 7 in the morning.

We were also disappointed that the wifi mentioned was not available in the apartment as we had brought our own laptop. The Pyr staff were most unhelpful when we asked if we could pay them to use it in the lounge area.

Thanks for everything and we will definitely contact you again if we come to Fuengirola again.

Dear Helen,

Just a little note to say thank-you!! We had a wonderful week in Fuengirola & the apartment (314) was great and in a superb location, the only problem was we didn't stay long enough!!! We're already planning for next year & we will be staying for 2 weeks next time as there is so much to see and do!! I will be in touch whenever we sort out our dates for next summer!!! Maybe we'll stay in the penthouse next time if it's available!!

I am delighted to say a few words about the excellent service my husband and I received when we booked holiday apartments through your organisation.  You demonstrated your ability to look after our individual needs and requests, for example, location of apartment, balcony, and so on.  The administration involved went quite smoothly, for example, getting the key, returning the key, paying deposit, and so on.  When I decide to go to Fuengirola again, which hopefully will be in the Spring of next year, you are the first and only person I will contact to fulfil my requirements for an appropriate apartment.

My first booking through Helen and Brian Dicker was last August when due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to arrange accommodation at very short notice.  The response from Helen to my first initial enquiry was almost immediate and suitable accommodation was arranged in Las Palmeras the same day. As the booking process was efficient so was the key collection and the accommodation itself was to a very high standard and value for money for the high season.  Spotless clean with all necessary requirements one would need for a holiday.  I would absolutely recommend the Dickers to anyone seeking accommodation in  downtown Fuengirola.

Myself and my wife have just returned from 10 days vacation in Fuengirola.  We booked our accommodation through Helen_dicker@yahoo.com and stayed at the Las Palmeras apartments.  The apartment was clean and centrally located and contained all the equipment required for daily living including a washing machine, electric kettle and microwave.  The washing machine was especially handy as it cut down on the amount of luggage required for our stay which made it very Ryanair friendly. Piped TV was on hand providing ITV and BBC channels and RTE radio. The price for the accommodation was very competitive and I would have no hesitation in recommending the agency to my friends.  Top class Helen and looking forward to our next holiday.
