From our local base, and being Irish, we  have had the pleasure for many years now, of warmly welcoming to our apartments hundreds of clients  - individuals, golfing, societies, wedding groups and fun-seeking families  from all over Europe and further afield  - who choose to enjoy a sunny holiday in Fuengirola, one of the principal holiday resorts on the coast.

Lapped by the sparkling Mediterranean, and just 15 minutes from Malaga Airport and 20 minutes from trendy Marbella,  Fuengirola manages to combine the cosmopolitan with the intimacy  and friendliness of a traditional Spanish fishing community,  boasting a huge range of affordable modern facilities and attractions to meet the needs of even the most demanding  holidaymaker.

And its location couldn’t be better – as it overlooks the beach just across the road and is central to all the most popular entertainment and shopping amenities.

All the apartments under our management  are comfortably furnished and contain facilities for self-catering,   while the cost – as little as €225 per week for a studio November to March -  is inclusive of  heating/air-conditioning linen  and electricity.

Beach front spacious three double bed roomed apartment of approx 108 metre square with a terrace of 60 metre square.  North and east facing with partial sea views.  Air con/ heating, two bathrooms,  marble floors, utility room.

More information on the apartments

Our studios and one-bed apartments are mainly in the 4 star Las Palmeras Hotel and the PYR apart hotel across from the Marina and just 100 metres from the beach.  The Hotels are a short walk from both the train and bus stations and central to all the amenities Fuengirola has to offer. 

The apartments are fully equipped for a self-catering holiday.  They are air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter.  The studios are approx 40 sq metres comprising of a bathroom, kitchen , living room and terrace. The One Bed apartments are approx 40- 60 square metres and have the same composition as the studios but with a separate bedroom.  The apartments have twin beds and some have sofa beds. So ideally the apartments can sleep up to three adults or two adults and two children.  All of them are tastefully furnished and most have been renovated in the past three years. There are satellite decoders in the rooms so you can receive the ¨Free View SKY¨channels.  An internal phone can be found in all the apartments. We also have a two bed roomed penthouse with splash pool in the Las Palmeras Hotel.

The rental periods can be anything from five nights to three months and rates vary throughout the year.  The low season is from November through to March inclusive.  From April to June the prices increase gradually peaking in July and August.  September sees the prices drop again gradually until November.

The Las Palmeras Hotel has security at the main entrance, monitored smoke alarms and security locks on the apartment doors.  There are five lifts and there are Internet facilities in the lobby.  There is a Café bar and comfortable seating in the foyer. 

The Pyr Apart Hotel has several lifts to the different floors.  There are also Internet facilities and a Café bar in the lobby.  The pool is on the 1st floor and is free for customers use.  It is heated during the winter months.
